JRW Little League ripped of its title, is this Negligence or pure Racism?

The Jackie Robinson Little League is stripped of their title due to negligence and pure prejudice. The facts in this case are, Manager Darold Butler and District 4 Administrator Michael Kelly recruited young men from various regions and allowed them to play, this equals negligence on their part. On the other hand, Las Vegas and Evergreen Park had an issue with the JRW Little League beating them from day one. And so, they sought out to find a way to take away what these young men have worked so hard to obtain and that is their tittle. I must say that I have mixed emotions on how Darold Butler and  Michael Kelly handled their team. I do understand that their goal was to try and help young men that lived in rural areas of Chicago, by allowing the young men to become apart of something greater than the harsh, violent streets of Chicago. However, they should have followed the rules, and not given such individuals the opportunity to once again to take away something that rightfully belonged to us. No one likes to loose, I get that. But Evergreen Park and Las Vegas refused to loose to a group of individuals that they honestly believed had no place from day one in the championship. But to loose and succeed at destroying the one true thing that these young boys worked so hard to achieve is evil and vindictive. Do I believe that it would have been different if it were a group of white children that won? Yes i do believe it would have been different, because I do believe that we are still living in a time were blacks are still classified as the bottom race. Overall, the adults are solely responsible for this big disappointment. But I will say this to the young men that played their heart out and won. You are winners at heart, and no one can take that away from you. And despite the adults ignorance, this year you will come correct and play even harder.....

Mayor Rahm Emanuel is up to his crime preventative tactics again. Beginning November 3, 2014 two explosive screening teams will be posted on sight at Chicago train stations. The teams will be searching individuals that may look or seem suspicious. And if said individuals refuse to have their purses, book bags, brief cases etc. searched they will be denied access on CTA trains. I am quite sure that most of the Chicago citizens’ would like to know, 1. Is this against our constitutional rights? 2. Which train stops will these so called teams be located? 3. And most importantly, can this and will this be done without racial profiling? Well, I do not know about you but I am very much aware of my constitutional rights as a U.S citizen. But for those of you who do not know, the Fourth Amendment is supposed to protect you from unlawful searches and seizures. The fourth amendment states that “the people have the right to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures. That their rights shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized”. The key word is Probable Cause, and Chicago’s violent crime rate would be the probable cause for such evasive action. And again is this against our constitutional rights? Well let’s take a look at Terry v. Ohio. The Supreme Court ruled that it is reasonable for an officer to perform a quick seizure and a limited search for weapons on a person that the officer reasonably believes could be armed, and those people that could be armed are who? The young individuals that are traveling from the South Side of Chicago to the downtown area and no it will not be against our constitutional rights because Rahm Emanuel’s probable cause is the crime rate that is on the South Side of his town being Chicago. I do believe that I have answered all three questions, because we are all aware of the culture of the individuals that are travelling from the South Side of Chicago to the downtown area. But I do not believe that Mr. Emanuel is that messy, I am sure that he is going to make it look good for the cameras, and according to the 9^th district Alderman, Anthony Beale “we defiantly want to make sure there’s no profiling going on because terrorists can come in any nationality”. Now how fucked up is that? So now Chicago’s wonderful citizens and you know who I’m talking about are now terriost, wow! So, be prepared November 3, 2014 for those of you that are traveling downtown for your things to be searched. So no riff raff young men and women or you will be going to jail…. In closing I really do hope that you see what is going on here in Chicago. Do believe that this is just the tip of the ice berg if Rahm Emanuel is put back into office. Your rights as a Chicago resident and as a U.S citizen will be put to a halt. And we as Chicago citizens and you know who I am talking about will be quarantined and would not be allowed to go to certain parts of Chicago. If you do not believe me, as my grandmother use to say “if you live long enough, you’ll live to see it”.
